INTRODUCTION

This certificate program combines resource and is designed by five departments, including the departments of civil engineering, business administration, finance and banking, marketing and distribution, and industrial engineering and management. Therefore, the Program is divided into two main areas: Property Maintenance Management and Business Management.

This program only requires students to finish 69 mandated units, much lower than traditional business or engineering programs. Furthermore, in addition to property management and other mandated management subjects, we provide three main subjects -- Property Maintenance, Applied Property Information, and Property Management --throughout our electives classes.

We also encourage students in this program to participate in other programs, as well as students from other programs to participate in order to enhance their competitive advantage.
