INTRODUCTION

The department of business administration was established in 2000, with main goals of responding to the developmental need of national industries, coordinating the mid-long range development of the University, and cultivating different levels of professional talents in management. Additionally, the Department founded the Graduate Institute of Business and Management in 2004 and founded the Program of Executives Master of Business Administration in 2008. Faculty Our department has 25 full time professional teachers, consisting of 3 professors, 9 associate professors, 10 assistant professors, and 3 lecturers. All 22 teachers at the rank of professor have earned a Ph.D. degree either domestically or abroad, accounting for about 87% of the full-time professional teachers; many teachers of industrial experience or are currently holding professional certificates.

Visions Cultivate a solid foundation of management talent. Our goals are as follows:
1. Social ability. The ability has necessary to adaptive the community capacity.
2. Professional ability. The ability has necessary to technical ability in the workplace.
3. Employ ability. The ability has necessary to obtain employment and sustained job.
