The Office of Technical Cooperation at Chien Hsien University is established to help faculty and students cultivate their research ability, as well as to pursue practical programs consistent with the academic mission of the University. We develop capacity and capability within Chien Hsien University to carry out high quality research and development, attract external funding, and enhance the profile and reputation of the school. Services are provided appropriately to, and developed in partnership with, diverse governmental organs and private enterprises. Through active promotion of joint research and training projects, our services and programs aim to build the confidence and necessary skills for faculty members, and then they can succeed in their personal and professional lives. To summarize all of these services we provide our mission into four sections: Research and Development, Internship Placement Section, Alumni and Career Service Section and Innovation Incubation Center.

Research and Development Section

The key to a great research is partnerships -- with industry, government, universities, and a wide variety of organizations. The Research and Development Section puts special emphasis on projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology and encourages faculty members to develop joint research projects to conform to practical needs. The Section regularly invites experts from different sections of the MOST to share their tips on how to successfully apply for project cases. The Section works to support and enhance these partnerships so that school researchers can continue to produce innovative new ideas and technologies that will benefit the University and students, our partners, and the country as a whole. It is our hope that these researches will have a beneficial impact on the world in the future.
