The Office of Academic Affairs is organized into four sections: Curriculum, Register, Miscellaneous Affairs and Language Teaching center. The responsibilities of each section are listed below.

Curriculum Section (ext. 3310)
1. Planning and coordination of educational affairs.
2. Approval of student requests to drop or add courses.
3. Evaluation of teachers' performances.
4. Reviewing of academic regulations.
5. Supporting all academic activities and competitions.
6. Assisting in course design and curriculum planning.
7. Processing of course program applications.
8. Overseeing school examinations.

Registration Section (ext. 3320)
1. Managing enrollment of new students.
2. Overseeing student registration.
3. Managing student withdrawal and transfer.
4. Issuing certificates of graduation.
5. Processing of double-major and minor applications.

Miscellaneous Affairs Section (ext. 3315)
1. Editing the Chien Hsin Journal.
2. Editing the Chien Hsin school bulletin.
3. Compiling school calendar

Language Teaching Center (ext. 7600)
1. To plan and organize all English courses in the University.
2. To implement English assessment and graduation threshold programs.
3. To design and conduct intramural and extramural language activities.
4. To create a quality environment for English learning.
5. To enhance efficiency and expand effectiveness in English teaching and learning.
