The Office of Admission was established in August of 2013. Currently the office has thirteen staffs, including a dean and twelve staffs. The office is open to serve students from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. The Office of Admission is divided into 3 sections: Recruiting, Examination Affairs, and Information System. The main objective of this office is to recruit students from locally to world widely.

The responsibilities of each section are listed below：

• Recruiting Section：
  We are responsible for organizing the recruiting strategy, promoting each faculty and the alliance with other universities internationally. We also provide a diversified ways to entry our school.
  

• Examination Affairs Section：
  We offer a number of ways to enter into The University of Chien Hsin. We set up the goals for recruiting and the requirements for entering our school.

• Information System Section：
  Information System Section work with and corporate the other two sections, by upgrading our information system to enable students to find out about us anytime anywhere. We are responsible for design the best fit system to enable students to know about us.
